Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about creating a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients. I work with individuals ages 8 to 108, supporting them through a range of challenges like life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, all in a welcoming, affirming space. My therapeutic approach is individualized and rooted in evidence-based practices. I focus on each client’s unique strengths, goals, and life experiences to help them build resilience, gain clarity, and overcome obstacles. Techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, art, play, and movement. I’m also committed to providing LGBTQIA-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care to ensure everyone feels seen and supported. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design and my Master’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College. My experience spans schools, residential programs, and community settings, working with individuals across all stages of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and personal growth! Ophelia is currently accepting new clients with BCBS, Optum, NHP, United, Medicaid, Medicare, Tufts Commercial, Aetna and Harvard Pilgrim insurance plans in our Warwick locations as well as via telehealth.
