I’m a clinical social worker who believes therapy is a place where people can exhale, a space to set things down, sort through what’s heavy, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that deserve more care. I’m licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, with experience in community mental health and private practice. The heart of my work is simple: helping people come home to themselves. I see therapy as an act of self‑love. A lot of our work will focus on softening the inner critic, building a kinder internal voice, and practicing self‑forgiveness so you can move through life with more ease. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and deep respect for your lived experience. We’ll explore the patterns and barriers shaping your relationships, motivation, and wellbeing... not to judge them, but to understand them. I work from a strength‑based lens because I believe people carry resilience even when they feel worn down. One of my passions is helping clients rediscover their motivation to live well, not just get through the day.
