If you think you should be feeling great, but instead you are feeling stuck, unfulfilled, second-guessing your self and your choices, I can help you to quickly identify what you need from the inside out and how to find more clarity, strength, and balance. We will work well with me if you are committed, prefer a down to earth approach, where you can feel seen not judged, and a therapist that gets you and resonates with you, but can also challenge you. I'm passionate about helping men and boys create a compassionate relationship with themselves, with their loved ones, and with the parts of them that they are not too proud of while learning the skills to be more authentic and intentional in their lives. Experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a demonstrated history of working in the Healing Arts professional field. Skilled in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy approaches.
