Introduction

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up, therapy can be a place to slow down & make sense of what you’re experiencing. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, low self-esteem, or a major life transition—and wondering how to finally feel. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. With over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, I provide a supportive, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where you can feel heard without judgment. My approach is strengths-based and practical. Together, we can build self-awareness, develop coping strategies that fit your everyday life, improve communication and relationships, and work through patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I also have experience supporting individuals and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, identity & life transitions You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin exactly where you are and work toward where you want to be. I offer virtual therapy throughout Connecticut and provide services in both English and Spanish. I accept several major insurance plans and also offer flexible options for accessing care.
