Introduction

We Don’t Just Treat Symptoms. We Liberate Stories. The era of the "50-minute hour" is over. Welcome to the first Community Liberation & Emotional Wellness Clinic designed for C-PTSD in Utah! For too long, mental healthcare has been transactional: diagnose, prescribe, dismissal. But we know that Complex PTSD is an injury of disconnection—and it cannot be healed in isolation. That is why OBH has evolved. We are moving from a pathology model to a Liberation Model. We have dismantled the traditional waiting room and built a Sanctuary. Here, evidence-based Medical Psychology meets Somatic Alchemy. We fuse the clinical power of Cannabis-Assisted Psychotherapy with the healing container of a Membership Community. You are no longer just a patient. You are a member of a movement to reclaim your nervous system, your body, and your sovereignty Finally, a Place Where Healing Doesn’t Have to Be Lonely. From the Clinic to the Club: A hybrid ecosystem for reclaiming your life from trauma. We realized that the hardest part of therapy was often the moment you walked out the door—back into the noise, alone with your processing. So, we changed the model. At the new OBH, we offer more than just appointments; we offer a Third Place. A space between work and home where you can just be. The Clinic: Where our medical team helps you navigate the science of C-PTSD and safe, legal Medical Cannabis protocols. The Club: Where you access our Liberation Chambers—rooms designed for breathwork, art, meditation, and cognitive clarity—and connect with a community that understands your journey. We are shifting from "What is wrong with you?" to "How do we support your freedom?" Where Science Meets Sovereignty. A new standard for C-PTSD recovery: Medical Psychology + Somatic Immersion + Community Connection. Traditional therapy engages the mind. We engage the whole human. OBH has transformed into a fully integrated Wellness Ecosystem. We believe that true recovery from trauma requires a safe space to regulate the nervous system, not just talk about it. That’s why we’ve expanded beyond the office. Our new facility features dedicated Liberation Chambers—specialized environments for: Regulation: Oxygen bars and aromatherapy for nervous system safety. Expression: Kinetic studios for movement and art. Reflexion: Chalkboard walls and recording labs to rewrite your narrative. Combined with our Cannabis-Assisted Psychotherapy framework, we offer a path that honors your biology and your biography. No need to call or schedule, just come tour the space!
