People seek therapy for many different reasons and at different points in their lives. You may be facing relationship or family challenges, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what you are experiencing. Sometimes it can be difficult to make sense of our emotions or find a way forward when life feels uncertain. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences, gain insight, and develop new ways of coping and growing. As a therapist, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe, seen, and understood. Together, we explore the stories people hold about themselves, identify strengths and resilience, and create space for new perspectives and possibilities. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in neurodivergent-affirming care, honoring each person's unique way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world. My background as a teacher and mentor enriches my work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults. I help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen connections with themselves and others, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
