Hi, I’m Paige Bennett. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. I’m a counselor with a heart for helping people navigate recovery, mental health challenges, and trauma. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, families, individuals facing substance use, co-occurring disorders, and severe mental illness. I am also certified in the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) Protocol, a specialized, evidence-based approach to treating PTSD in a safe and effective way. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, positive psychology, and a holistic view of healing. I meet each client where they are and genuinely care about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
