Introduction

My specialty is providing strengths-based, exploratory therapy grounded in a warm and collaborative approach. With years of experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, substance use, and self-esteem concerns, I especially enjoy supporting women through various stages of life, including new and expecting mothers. As a Perinatal Mental Health–Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I utilize multiple evidence-based theoretical orientations that encourage healing of both mind and body. Because every healing journey is unique, my approach is fluid, flexible, and tailored to collaboratively developed therapy goals.
