Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing therapy to adults throughout Louisiana, primarily through virtual sessions. I’m based in New Orleans and also offer in-person Walk & Talk Therapy in City Park, an option many clients find regulating, grounding, and more accessible than traditional office-based therapy. I specialize in working with ADHDers, informed both by my training and my lived experience as an ADHDer. I bring specialized training to my work as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), which includes ongoing continuing education to stay responsive to the evolving needs of my clients. I work with individuals diagnosed in childhood, those diagnosed later in adulthood, and those who are self-identifying or exploring the possibility. I support ADHDers who are beginning to recognize they may be autistic as well. I have also recently completed training in perinatal mental health, including Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy. ADHDers and autistic individuals are at increased risk for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and I integrate this understanding into my work with clients navigating pregnancy and postpartum. My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on building awareness, self-compassion, psychological flexibility, clarifying values, and taking actions that support a life that feels authentic and meaningful. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and practical. We’ll focus on understanding how your brain works, unlearning unhelpful expectations, and developing tools that fit you, so you can move through life with more ease, self-trust, and agency.
