Introduction

I am Paige Dee, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing telehealth-based (virtual) mental health counseling to clients throughout Georgia. I work with adult individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, professional stress, life transitions, and the deeper search for meaning and direction. I view therapy as a collaborative, individualized process. I will work alongside you with compassion while helping you implement practical behavior changes, strengthen coping skills, and integrate mindfulness practices into your daily life. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms, but to support lasting growth and greater self-efficacy. I am committed to supporting and celebrating your individual therapeutic growth, in significant or subtle ways. While I have clinical experience and feel competent in supporting and working with many people and their presenting mental health concerns, I find supporting the following treatment areas to be most fitting and in line with my clinical expertise: • Anxiety disorders • Perinatal and postpartum concerns • Women’s mental health • Depression • Grief • Family conflict • Self-esteem and self-efficacy • Life, career, and educational transitions • Professional stress and burnout • Military veteran and military dependent stressors • Relationship and attachment-style struggles and wounds • Values clarification and implementation • Boundary development and follow-through Anxiety treatment is one of my strongest clinical passions. I have supported many individuals as they confront fears directly, build confidence, and experience a greater sense of emotional freedom from generalized anxiety to more specific presenting anxiety struggles like social anxiety and phobias. Watching clients move from avoidance and overwhelm to empowerment and resilience is deeply meaningful to me. I also specialize in perinatal mental health. I love working with individuals and families who are considering parenthood, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, adjusting to long-term parenting changes, or navigating pregnancy loss or termination. These experiences can be life-altering and complex. You deserve steady, thoughtful support as you move through them. As an Army veteran and the spouse of a retired veteran, I bring personal understanding to my work with military members, veterans, and military families. I understand both the pride and the sacrifice embedded in military life. Whether you are managing transition stress, anxiety, moral injury, or relational strain, I provide informed and grounded support. Attachment and values-based exploration and implementation are central to my practice. I help clients examine attachment patterns, heal relational wounds, and strengthen their sense of internal security. Together, we will clarify your core values, heal attachment wounds, and develop boundaries that will allow you to show up authentically and confidently throughout the many facets of your life. My therapeutic approach is integrative and highly collaborative and will always be grounded in ensuring you feel empowered. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, parts-informed work, and intersectional feminist frameworks. I hold a Certified Exposure and Response Prevention (CERP) credential through The Knowledge Tree and a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I continually engage in ongoing training and consultation to ensure my work remains current, ethical, and effective. Above all, I am committed to ensuring you do not feel alone in your therapeutic journey. It would be a true privilege to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and build a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and fully your own.
