Introduction

Welcome! I’m Paige Frazier, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) , Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™), currently pursuing certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I’ve dedicated my career to helping children, teens, young athletes and adults navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential both in everyday life and in sport. How I Got Started My journey began in counseling, where I developed a passion for supporting kids and adolescents through play therapy and creative interventions. Over time, I saw a growing need for mental performance skills in youth and high school athletes, many of whom struggle with confidence, perfectionism, anxiety, or balancing the pressures of sports and school. That inspired me to expand into Sport and Performance Psychology, blending my background in mental health with performance enhancement tools. Who I Work With • Children, teen, and adult facing anxiety, stress, or transitions • Youth and adolescent athletes managing performance pressure, frustration, or confidence struggles • Families seeking support in helping their child thrive in and outside of sports How I Can Help My approach combines evidence-based counseling methods with sport psychology strategies to help clients: • Build confidence and resilience • Manage stress, anxiety, and perfectionism • Strengthen focus and mental toughness • Reconnect with the joy of their sport and daily life My practice motto is: “Unleash Your Potential.” Whether in the classroom, at home, or on the field, I believe every child and teen has strengths waiting to be unlocked. My role is to walk alongside them, offering tools, encouragement, and perspective to help them grow.
