Throughout my life, I’ve navigated periods of disconnection from myself, from others, from nature, and from a clear sense of direction. These experiences shape the way I show up as a therapist: with humility, curiosity, and a deep belief in the power of your inner compass and connection to all things. I’m passionate about what it means to belong within ourselves, in our communities, and in the wider world, and I bring that relational lens into every aspect of my work. Professionally, my training is rooted in Social Work, a field that emphasizes systems thinking and recognizes that we’re shaped not just by personal experience but by our environments and the structures and beliefs around us. I bring this lens to therapy, exploring how everything from your inner world to your relationships, community, larger systems in society, and your belief system can impact your wellbeing. My clinical background began in integrated behavioral health, where I worked across medical and community-based settings. While the goal was to treat the whole person, I often witnessed how care still becomes fragmented, reducing people to diagnoses or isolated symptoms. This reinforced my belief in the need for truly holistic care. Mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected, and this work often requires attention to all parts. I integrate evidence-informed practices with nontraditional interventions from a variety of teachers and healers, tapping into the great ancient wisdom that we are all a part of.
