I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and draw from a CBT, Psychodynamic, and Brainspotting lens to help you better understand yourself and build practical tools for change. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults, including athletes managing performance anxiety, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel more confident, grounded, and able to move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
