Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, major transitions, or trying to figure out what comes next in your life or career. You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can be a place where you slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. I have over seven years of experience working in community mental health, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, and life transitions. A large part of my work has focused on helping people explore career paths, navigate job stress or burnout, and find ways to build a healthier balance between work, rest, and personal fulfillment. I especially enjoy working with college students, young professionals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who may be exploring questions around identity, purpose, and meaningful change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, hardworking individuals who want to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life they’re building. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for healing, so I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. Together we can work on emotional regulation, self-compassion, and developing practical tools to help you move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
