Your child may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are or where they're headed. They might be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, identity questions, or relationship struggles. Whether they're a tween or teen facing pressure to fit in, they want to feel more confident, connected, and understood. They’re looking for a space where they can be themselves without judgment—a space to explore, heal, and grow at their own pace. I offer person-centered, trauma-informed therapy rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect. I work with tweens and teens using talk therapy and play therapy techniques. Together, we’ll build on strengths, explore their story, and create space for healing, clarity, and self-acceptance. Therapy is a brave step toward healing and self-understanding. If you want a compassionate, accepting space for your child to explore who they are and find balance in their life, I’m here to support and guide them every step of the way.
