Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. Whether you're struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, OCD, trauma, difficult emotions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy works best when we build a genuine, collaborative relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to be your authentic self. I show up as a real person in the therapy room—warm, compassionate, and invested in your growth. At the same time, I believe meaningful change often requires us to look honestly at the patterns, habits, and beliefs that may be keeping us stuck. Together, we'll work to better understand the root of your struggles, develop practical tools for managing life's challenges, and create lasting change that aligns with your values and goals. I'm here to support you, encourage you, and challenge you when needed as we work toward building a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful. I specialize in treating eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, including anxiety, OCD, trauma, complex PTSD, and mood disorders. My experience spans multiple levels of care, including PHP, IOP, outpatient, and acute psychiatric settings. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a Diet Technician in specialized eating disorder treatment, giving me a unique understanding of recovery from multiple perspectives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.
