I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful and effective therapy. Working from an eclectic approach, I thoughtfully integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based perspectives, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to support adolescents and adults in their journey toward living a values-driven and authentic life. Through play therapy, I also support children ages 3 and older in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, helping to foster emotional awareness, resilience, and a positive sense of self. Working from an eclectic foundation, I integrate relational neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt principles, and child-centered techniques to support the growth and development of both children and their parents. I provide support in the areas of mood disorders, trauma, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, ADHD, and women’s wellness. I offer individual, family, and couples counseling to support clients across a range of life experiences and relational needs.
