I was drawn to this work by a deep desire to help people—young and old—live connected, meaningful lives. I believe everyone deserves access to support, resources, and skills that foster connection to themselves, others, and the world around them. I work with adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges, and I have a growing focus on how trauma and nervous system dysregulation can impact mental health, including symptoms like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In addition to my clinical work, I bring lived experience as both an adoption worker and an adoptive parent, with a particular understanding of identity development in adopted individuals. I believe in a collaborative, client-centered approach—one where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow.
