I have been described as a conversational and relatable therapist whereby my clients feel welcomed, validated and fully accepted without fear of any judgement. I have worked in a broad range of therapuetic settings for over 28 years. I am licensed in 5 states (PA, NJ, TX, VA & Fl) and Nationally Board-Certified. I have worked in just about every clinical setting, as well as in homes and schools as both a clinician as well as in a variety of supervisory roles. I have been in private practice since 2011 and as of the 1st of 2026, moved exclusively to a virtual platform which has afforded me the ability to work with a broader range of clinical needs and the flexible schedule that is most desirable for most clientele. I believe that the best clinical practice is an evidence-formed, eclectic model whereby the therapist adjusts to the needs of the client. I strive to provide clients with an opportunity to explore their inner selves, their relationships with others and their innate striving for wholeness, self-acceptance and well-being. Therapy can increase overall sense of well-being, build stronger coping and problem-solving skills, strengthen one's resiliency and determination, change behavior, and build stronger interpersonal relationships. The establishment of a trusting relationship between the client and therapist is of utmost importance to be able to work together to build a skill set to adapt and overcome life's most difficult challenges in order to create a fulfilling life. Regardless of a client's clinical needs, it is imperative to determine their support system and focus on the encouraging aspects of those relationships in helping the client become more resilient and set on a positive path in life. I welcome the opportunity to help you along your healing journey!
