Outside of her professional life, Pamela loves to express herself through DJing, belting out tunes at karaoke, and honing her skills in archery. These hobbies allow her to embrace creativity and enjoy the outdoors, which she believes is vital for overall wellness. In her practice as a mental health and career counselor, Pamela is deeply committed to helping her clients find balance and cultivate a life filled with holistic wellness. Her work encompasses not only career and life preparation but also individual, couple, and family counseling, ensuring a comprehensive approach to well-being. Pamela integrates a variety of therapeutic methods in her sessions—like person-centered therapy, mindfulness, reality therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy—tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs. She fosters an environment of mindful awareness and empathy, building genuine connections that help clients feel heard and understood. Together, they work to identify practical changes that can alleviate emotional and behavioral struggles. Her mission is to provide nonjudgmental support, guiding clients on their journey towards achieving their goals.
