I'm Pamela, an LCSW with eight years of clinical experience, and I specialize in trauma, dissociation, and the relational wounds that often underlie depression, grief, and relationship struggles. I work with individuals and couples across young adulthood through later life, and I'm particularly drawn to somatic and parts-based approaches—Brainspotting, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems—because talk therapy alone sometimes isn't enough to access and resolve what the body holds. I'm especially skilled at working with attachment injuries, LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships (including open and polyamorous dynamics), and the complex grief that comes with major life transitions. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating burnout, or rebuilding trust in a relationship, I meet you where you are with cultural sensitivity and genuine curiosity about your whole story. I offer both in-person sessions in North County and telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
