With nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with adults navigating mood disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, personality disorders, and eating disorders. In addition to my role at the Mount Sinai Harlem Health Clinic Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, I maintain a private practice where I offer individualized care in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I graduated with a bachelors in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received my masters in Social Work from Columbia University. You might wonder how I came to this work. For me, becoming a therapist was part of a larger personal journey—one that reflects a belief I now hold at the core of my practice: it’s never too late to be happy, and it’s never too late to make a change. As a former Division I collegiate soccer player, I’ve always understood what it means to set big goals and make sacrifices. But in time, I realized that achievement without alignment can leave us feeling unfulfilled. That realization is what brought me here. My therapeutic style is strengths-based and client-centered. I take an eclectic approach, combining interpersonal and relational psychotherapy with practical, action-oriented techniques that can be woven into everyday life. Whether you're facing a major life transition or working to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you find your voice and navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and purpose.
