Pam is a Licensed Masters Social Worker who provides therapy for individuals struggling with mental health challenges. Pam received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Pam has a passion for guiding others through their journeys of inner healing and self compassion. Pam incorporates a person-centered, strengths-based approach with everyone she works with. Her experiences include working with diverse populations in school, residential, and outpatient settings. Pam works with clients seeking support with managing life transitions, resolving relationship issues, and identifying coping skills. Pam’s treatment modalities include person-centered, CBT, and DBT. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with loved ones, doing jiu jitsu, and going to coffee shops. Pam works with two other practitioners through Well Being Sanctruary and is a hybrid clincian. Pam is currently taking new individuals and is available Monday-Friday. She can share her availability to those interested. She takes Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, and Medicaid.
