Telehealth therapy often enables those with work hour restrictions, child-care issues, or a remote residence to attend therapy sessions. Currently, my practice is online via video exclusively. My clients have found telehealth therapy to be equally as safe and effective as in-person sessions. My day and evening hours provide flexibility for your schedule.
