I work with teenagers and adults who are insightful and capable but find that understanding their patterns intellectually hasn't been enough to shift how they feel, relate, or respond. With over 15 years in behavioral health—including extensive work in trauma recovery and addiction treatment—I've learned to look beyond symptoms and understand the protective adaptations underneath them. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment work, EMDR, parts-oriented therapy, and mindfulness practices. I'm also trained in yoga and can incorporate breathwork, meditation, and somatic work when they align with your needs. Healing happens in a relationship where you feel emotionally safe, genuinely understood, and able to be honest. I listen with compassion while offering direct feedback, reflection, and accountability—sessions tend to be conversational and personable while staying connected to what matters most to you. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, codependency, and life transitions across individuals and coaching. I welcome diverse identities, beliefs, and orientations, and I honor spirituality when it's meaningful to you. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
