Introduction

The human experience is vast and complex. We carry the capacity to feel profound love, joy, beauty, grief, pain, and everything in between. Learning how to navigate and hold all of it, without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected can be one of the hardest things we do. And yet, I believe each of us carries an innate ability to heal, grow, and move toward wholeness. As a therapist, I don’t position myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I walk beside you on your journey, helping you listen more deeply to your inner wisdom. I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, cultural or racial identity, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. You don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, care for the parts of you that need attention, and foster growth and healing. Together we create a space where your full experience is welcome. I integrate mindfulness, existential, attachment-focused, and parts-work approaches while exploring present-moment awareness, relational patterns, and inner narratives. Therapy is tailored to you and your needs. Healing is a gentle return to the innate wholeness that’s already within you.
