Healing is not a linear progression, but you will never have to walk it alone. I believe therapy thrives on curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. I see you as a whole person, and I want to know who you are, not just what brought you in. Together, we will collaborate to shape goals that matter to you, and I will gently challenge you to work through what may be standing in your way. Clients often describe me as kind, encouraging, authentic, and easy to talk to. I bring my authentic self to every session, and I invite you to do the same.
