Introduction

Hello! I am glad you are here! I specialize in working with women (18+) navigating the emotional and psychological challenges that arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions. While this season of life can bring joy, it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and unlike what you expected. Many of the women I work with experience anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or a sense of losing themselves in the process of caring for others. I have a particular focus on perinatal mental health, including postpartum anxiety, depression, OCD, as well as the transition into motherhood, fertility challenges, pregnancy or infant loss. I also support women managing chronic illness or complex medical experiences, including those navigating difficult pregnancies such as Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). These experiences can add layers of physical and emotional strain, and I aim to provide a space where both are acknowledged and supported. Depending on the need of the client, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), interpersonal therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic work. I am committed to practicing with cultural humility and honoring each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience. I strive to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. You don’t have to go through this alone and I would be honored to support you. Fees & Insurance: I am in-network with Anthem and also accept out-of-pocket clients. Out of pocket fees: $180 for a 90-minute intake session $150 for a 50-minute session. I am happy to provide a superbill for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. If you have questions about insurance or payment, I’m happy to discuss your options. Please message me to schedule a free consultation to determine if we are a good fit to work together.
