Maybe you’re navigating adulthood and aren’t sure where you’re headed. Maybe anxiety, substance use, motivation, identity, disability, or a major life transition has left you feeling stuck. Or maybe you’ve spent a long time feeling like the people around you don’t quite understand what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have your life figured out to start therapy. I’m especially passionate about working with young adults, people with disabilities, and individuals navigating substance use and recovery. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My job isn’t to tell you who you should be or what you should do. It’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, identify what matters to you, and build the skills to move toward the life you want. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches. But I don’t believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience. These approaches are tools—not rules. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll adjust, get creative, and find what does. My clinical experience includes substance-use counseling with a harm-reduction perspective, school social work, and private practice. I’ve worked with children and families experiencing emotional and systemic challenges, as well as individuals navigating substance use and recovery.
