Introduction

Parwinder Dhillon, PMHNP-BC I am a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of nursing experience across a wide range of healthcare settings, including ICU, telemetry, step-down, and medical-surgical units. My background also includes 3 years working in a County Crisis Unit and Psychiatric Evaluation Center, where I supported individuals during some of their most challenging moments. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and respected. I understand that seeking help can be difficult, and I work closely with each individual to build trust and develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Currently, I provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health support. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your well-being. I am committed to walking alongside you on your mental health journey and supporting you every step of the way.
