Hi, I'm Pashyon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of The Uninterrupted Life Collective, a trauma-informed therapy practice dedicated to supporting women's mental health and emotional well-being across the lifespan. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of always being the one others depend on. I have completed training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), which informs my work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum experiences, motherhood, and other significant transitions throughout life. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore your experiences and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and incorporate Sensorimotor and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches to support healing of both the mind and body. I honor your culture, values, identity, and lived experiences as essential parts of the therapeutic process. My professional background includes community mental health, academia, military family support services, housing transition services, and private practice. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for women from diverse backgrounds. If you're ready to begin exploring your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
