Hi, I’m Pashyon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of The Uninterrupted Life Collective, a trauma-informed therapy practice for women who are ready for life to feel like more than checking the boxes. You may be the one who keeps everything moving, shows up for everyone, and looks like you’re doing just fine, while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are beneath it all. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, a major life transition, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been living no longer feels like you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I don’t believe therapy should be about simply managing symptoms or learning to tolerate a life that doesn’t fit. I believe in doing the deeper work—understanding what shaped you, recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-based, parts-informed, evidence-based, and body-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that have shaped your life. I bring my whole self to this work, and I invite you to do the same. Because you deserve more than a life that looks good on paper. You deserve a life that feels like yours.
