Introduction

I know that even the strongest people need a safe place to land. I strive to cultivate a warm and inviting environment where genuine empathy comes first. My work aims to build immediate rapport with clients who are used to holding it all together for everyone else. I an deeply passionate about supporting the "caregivers" of the world and those looking after family members managing mental or chronic illnesses. My approach is ideal for clients moving through major life transitions and the confusing years of emerging adulthood. I supports high-achieving adults who feel the constant stress and fatigue of trying to get everything right. I work to help clients through social anxiety and the exhausting pressure to perform in every interaction. I'm here to help you unravel the worry that comes from perfectionism so you can release the need to be "on" all the time. With a strong background in treating substance use disorders, I also understand the complex ways people try to cope with pain. Using this expertise to offer a non-judgmental space for healing, my goal is to help you move past the burnout and build a life that feels authentic and balanced.
