Hi, I’m Patricia. I work with teens and adults ready to move beyond feeling stuck and into meaningful, self-directed change. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in parts work and narrative therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy works best when it follows your lived experience rather than a rigid agenda. Together, we explore the protective patterns you've developed, discern which still serve you, and create new ways of relating to yourself that feel more aligned with your values, identity, and goals. I help clients understand their nervous system, how it learned to protect them, and the stories it carries so we can gently shift patterns that no longer fit. My work is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, supporting self-trust, and building a stronger sense of agency and authenticity in your daily life. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Therapy can offer space to pause, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to reach out and see if this feels like the right support for you.
