Patricia “Trish” Choudhary-Grigley, MA, LPC, LAC (she/her), has worked in the mental health field since 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University in 2009 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2014, where she was a member of the honors society. Trish is both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of community mental health and private practice settings, serving individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of populations and clinical needs. Her experience includes working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, crisis situations, and co-occurring disorders. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based treatment approaches and curricula. Trish utilizes a compassionate, person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are while supporting growth, resilience, and long-term recovery. As a dedicated wife, mother, and community member, Trish is passionate about serving and strengthening her community. She values the opportunity to walk alongside individuals on their path toward healing and recovery. Outside of her professional work, Trish enjoys spending time with her family, listening to audiobooks, camping, and exploring the outdoors. She is also a longtime fan of Star Wars.
