My certifications include EMDR (preliminary), CBT, and CPT. I specialize in treating issues related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, body image/eating disorders, and domestic violence. Due to my passion in these areas, I have spent many years of my life volunteering, serving, and advocating in regard to these issues. I believe healing and change is possible for anyone when they feel they are in a compassionate, trusting therapeutic relationship where they feel safe.
