Introduction

With over 16 years experience as a School Social Worker, I specialize in working with Preteens, Teens, and Young Adults during those difficult transition years. Some areas of focus include School refusal, Anxiety, Self Esteem and confidence building, Depression, Self Harm, Life Transitions, Peer Relationships, and Family Relationships. Through Strength-Based Counseling, CBT, Mindfulness, and practicing Self-Care, my goal is to work with my clients to help them to become the best versions of themselves and to feel more confident to tackle all of life's obstacles.
