Introduction

If you’ve been holding it together with caffeine, sarcasm, and pure willpower, we should talk. I’m Patrick Hanson, a practitioner who helps people heal from anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and the ghosts of childhood that still sneak up on us. I keep things honest, compassionate, and sometimes even funny, because therapy works best when you can actually be yourself. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to tackle life's curve balls. In my office, you will find space to laugh, cry, and grow. I also have two therapy dogs, Harley and Comet, ready to assist with snuggles and comic relief at your request. My experience is extensive, ranging from working with children who exhibit significant emotional/behavioral challenges to supporting couples who feel lost, angry, or disconnected. Whether you’re looking for tools to manage stress, improve communication, or create more balance, I’ll work alongside you to find strategies that fit your life and goals.
