Hello and thank you for reaching out! I know that starting this process, whether it is your first time in therapy or not, can be challenging and anxiety producing. My main goal as a therapist is to make you feel comfortable and safe. The first couple of sessions will be creating an environment that does just that, and getting to know you and your background.
