Therapy is not about having all the answers. It is about having a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful changes. At Collective Counseling and Wellness, I believe healing happens through connection—to ourselves, to the people around us, and to the world we live in. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a practical, whole-person perspective that recognizes the importance of healthy relationships, family, community, movement, nature, and the everyday choices that shape our well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while also feeling supported and challenged to move toward the life you want. For more than 18 years, I have worked with individuals and families across a range of mental health and substance-use settings, including outpatient programs, residential treatment, military and community-based services, and specialized addiction treatment. My work has included individual therapy, group therapy, crisis counseling, case management, clinical program development, and supporting people through significant life transitions, behavioral health and addiction challenges. I have experience with evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR-informed trauma work. You do not have to figure it all out alone. Reach out for a free consult call.
