Introduction

I am a warm and supportive board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years experience within neuroscience and behavioral health. I am genuinely devoted to helping people overcome difficulties and live their best lives. I listen carefully and will work with you in a true partnership. I employ an integrative approach that examines all aspects of your life for opportunities at better living. Together we will find the right blend of evidence-based therapies and medications to address your specific needs. I have a special interest in depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and men’s health related issues. First sessions will be an opportunity for us to understand our starting point. We will explore your story up to this point and your goals moving forward. A working diagnosis may be arrived to help guide treatment. Medications may be discussed as well as helpful supplements, lifestyle considerations, relationship fostering, and possible lab work to explore metabolic, endocrine, genetic, and allergy factors.
