Introduction

Hello and thank you for reaching out. Patrick Monette is a licensed mental health/addiction and certified trauma counselor and certified life coach located in Northern New York and also licensed in the state of Florida. He is a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant and certified EFT couple’s therapist. Patrick focuses his consultation work on Complex PTSD, Addiction/compulsions, Generalized Mental Health, Anxiety, DID / Dissociation Depression, Perinatal, LGBTQIA+ issues, Anger Management, and Couples/Relationships. Patrick has taught at local universities and maintains private practice focusing on couples work and trauma-informed treatment as well as gender issues, anger management, perinatal traumas and co-occurring disorders. He is actively engaged as a mental health consultant and educator. Patrick is fluent in English and Spanish and offers treatment in both languages. He loves being able to assist other therapists on how to integrate EMDR into their practice whether they are a new EMDR therapist or working towards becoming an EMDR consultant.
