Introduction

Patrick is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Pennsylvania under the supervision of Kurt W. Oster, LCSW, QS, BCD, RPT-S™. Currently, Patrick provides services through our Philadelphia, PA office. He earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in LGBTQ+ Policy and Practice. As a psychotherapist, Patrick utilizes concepts from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, bibliotherapy, sand tray and play techniques, and Vedic psychology. Patrick is a qualified Vedic Meditation Teacher trained and endorsed by The Veda Center. He completed his residency in Bali, Indonesia, where he was rigorously tested in Vedic knowledge. Patrick has practiced Vedic Meditation since 2016 and has taught over 700 people to meditate since becoming a teacher in 2020. He integrates his offerings in both inpatient and outpatient settings, serving children, adolescents, and adults in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond. Patrick brings over a decade of experience as a professional actor to his work, which informs his approach to his approach to issues specific to creative professions. Patrick serves as the teaching assistant for a new course offering at the University of Pennsylvania exploring paradigms of consciousness and medicine. Under the supervision of Kurt W.
