I am a multiracial, male (he/his) therapist, deeply concerned for clients facing societal challenges, with special attention to professionals facing microaggressions, direct discrimination and betrayal within their institutions. People working under such undeserved and inescapable conditions often experience: chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, impaired self-esteem, relational challenges, and threats to employment/advancement. Many clients are additionally concerned about stigma or other obstacles in seeking mental health support. I offer treatment for racial/ethnic trauma due to workplace discrimination and institutional betrayal. Treatments include Racial Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Institutional Betrayal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as many traditional clinical practices and Psychoeducation. Whether you're struggling with trauma, dignity or claiming your rights, you'll find a confidential, culturally-informed space to be heard, treated and empowered to maintain, renegotiate or chart a new career path.
