Introduction

Hi, I'm Paul - a licensed clinical social worker, and therapist. I completed my education at UNR and have worked with folks in a variety of settings, from the hospital to community health centers. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (for trauma), and CAMS (for suicidal thoughts). In a nutshell, I use a warm, compassion-focused, and active approach to help you reduce suffering and make meaningful progress towards what's most important to you. You should walk away from each appointment with something new to try, a new tool, or a deeper insight into the life you want. And most importantly, I will act as a resource and will help connect you with care, or a provider that will move you toward the life you want - regardless if that person is me.
