Introduction

Hi, I'm Paul Scarberry. I know that reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I appreciate you being here. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what's going on in your life and work toward meaningful change. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Use Disorder Professional, I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I believe that every person has strengths they can build on, and I take a practical, compassionate approach to helping clients identify those strengths and create lasting solutions. At Penguin Counseling & Recovery Services, I strive to meet people where they are. Whether you're seeking support for mental health concerns, substance use recovery, or simply feeling stuck and wanting a new direction, we will work together to develop a plan that fits your unique needs and goals. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time in the Pacific Northwest and appreciate the resilience and strength that people show when they decide to pursue growth and change. I look forward to meeting you and learning your story.
