Your willingness to ask for help is the first step in feeling better about yourself and improving your ability to meet life challenges. In a non-judgmental and respectful setting I can help you to learn the skills and obtain the insights about yourself to make the changes you want. We can make those changes happen. I have extensive experience in helping people overcome the challenges of anxiety, panic disorder, depression and substance use. I use Cognitive Behavioral for managing the impact of negative beliefs on behavior, Solution Focused and Learning Theory for short term resolutions of problematic behavior. I am trained in EMDR. You will have my undivided attention, respect and compassion as we develop the trust and connection needed for change to occur. Honesty and commitment from both of us are essential for the therapeutic relationship to work.
