I became a therapist after serving in the U.S. Navy and witnessing firsthand the impact that trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions can have on individuals and families. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, military service members, veterans, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and caregiver stress. I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help clients develop insight, build effective coping skills, improve relationships, and create lasting change. Whether you are navigating a difficult life event, healing from past experiences, managing overwhelming anxiety, or seeking greater fulfillment in your life, I strive to help you move toward your goals with confidence and clarity.
