I work with teens and young adults who feel caught between high expectations and self-doubt, those who overthink, struggle with boundaries, or feel like they should have everything figured out by now. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, noticing patterns in your relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself better, therapy can help. My approach is collaborative and relational, grounded in Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we'll explore how your early experiences and family dynamics shape the way you see yourself and relate to others, helping you recognize patterns and build genuine self-understanding. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're unsure where to begin, but you don't need to have all the answers before we meet. I'm here to create a space where you can show up as you are and explore what you're still figuring out. I'm an LPC-Associate supervised by Dr. Kelly Jameson, PhD, LPC-S, and am currently accepting new clients, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions.
