Introduction

Welcome! I’m Dr. Alicia Emmanuel, PhD, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience helping high-functioning individuals navigate stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. As a Caribbean female, I am passionate about offering a culturally responsive, judgment-free space—particularly for women of color, high-achieving professionals, couples navigating relationship challenges, and men processing complex emotions. My collaborative approach integrates CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you move beyond pain, nurture hope, and reclaim inner peace. Mission Statement Our mission at Peace Counseling, LLC is to provide inclusive, flexible, and evidence-based mental health care that empowers individuals, couples, and families to heal and thrive. Through culturally responsive therapy, community outreach, and professional clinical supervision, we are dedicated to helping clients H.O.P.E.—Helping Overcome Pain and Elevate—by meeting them exactly where they are on their journey to emotional well-being. Vision Statement Our vision is to cultivate a stigma-free, equitable community where diverse populations have accessible, culturally understanding spaces to heal from trauma, achieve lasting peace, and elevate to their highest potential.
